Canadian Double Threat: Hammett Prize Nominees

The International Association of Crime Writers – North American Branch has released its list and Canadian crime fiction authors are two of the five nominees for this year’s Hammett Prize:

caught Lisa Moore – Caught

cataract city Craig Davidson – Cataract City: A Novel

Yet again much to be proud of in the Land of the Maple Leaf.

Also nominated are:

George Pelecanos – The Double

Heywood Gould – Green Light for Murder

Richard Lange – Angel Baby: A Novel

Are any of these books on your reading list or have you read them already? Would knowing they have been nominated encourage you to read them?
