A New Season of Crime Fiction

It’s been in the air the past few weeks. That change in the light, cooler days and the expected rebound into a hot sunny afternoon.
It all signals the commencement of fall, my favourite time of the year.
I did a lot of reading this summer. As you likely realize, for every book that is recommended on Murder in Common, I’ve probably read four others that didn’t quite catch enough of what I like to bring you.
Next week will be my first post of the season. I hope what I have chosen so far brings you interest and enjoyment. As always, I look forward to your feedback. It’s what makes everything worthwhile.

On October 31st I head to Dallas to attend the 50th Anniversary of Anthony Boucher’s namesake mystery convention.
Many authors, many books and a lot of meeting & greeting. I’m looking forward to it :-).
