Prison is what you make it
Clarice Ares, has recently retired as a two-time, Bantamweight Champion boxer.
She and her husband Ace run a combined car shop and tattoo parlour. Custom Ace and Tattoology are considered first class operations.
A cartel mule’s vehicle has electrical problems. The nearest shop for a quick repair is Custom Ace. While removing the seats to get at the wiring, the bundles of heroin are discovered – 911 is called.
The corrupt cops that arrive at the scene work for the cartel and they create a believable scenario of guilt. What follows for Clarice and Ace is 40-years in prison for drug trafficking.
They make lives for themselves as best as they can in separate Mississippi prisons.
However, the cartel boss El Maestro, has plans for them outside of the prison walls. It may take time, but he will get what he wants.
Henry Roi’s With Her Fists presents us with an entertaining read, at times deeply serious, sometimes whacked. Give it a go, I don’t think you’ll be at all disappointed.

Thank you for wwriting this
I’m reading this right now, June. It’s not quite my cup of tea, but I can see how a lot of people would like this book!
I completely get it Meredith. Not all books hit the right spot with readers. Congrats on giving another Indie book a try!
What a story!
All that and more! Thanks for stopping by Laurie.
