When I began Mind Bullet it wasn’t for reasons of a possible review. Rather, SciFi is my brain refresher from CriFi.
Damned if this action, thriller isn’t so much fun I had to include it for your consideration.
Jonas is an assassin, possibly one of the best in the world. His weapon is his mind. A telekinetic “bullet,” that he sends straight to the brain of his target. He has no peer.
His sole companion is the snarky AI, Bubbles, whose only job is to keep him alive. But Jonas is lonely, depressed and ambiguously suicidal. Bubbles takes action and arranges the meeting of a female kindred spirit, Madee.
Madee brings trouble with her, but also discovery for Jonas. Vague memories of a harrowing childhood and of his parents.
Along with those memories are in you face, newly revealed foes – his telekinetic foes. Apparently Jonas isn’t so special after all.
Honestly, you’re really need to buckle-up for Mind Bullet. It’s a funny, poignant, and fast-paced book, perfect for a January winter. Well recommended read.
